Stolen Police Vehicle Found

A Farmersville detective’s vehicle that contained weapons, and tactical gear, has been recovered.
KSEE 24 News has confirmed the vehicle had been found, but it is not known where it was discovered, or if the gear was left inside the vehicle.
The vehicle was stolen from right outside the detective’s home in Woodlake, just a few blocks away from the police department.

I find it ironic that the same person that is there to protect and serve can be so normal like everyone else. First what in the hell was all that gear doing being left un-attended and placed in a position to be stolen? We are constantly told and are losing our rights to bear arms and this fool puts them out there for all to steal. This is pure neglect! No red face here just stupidity! ! Have a badge and some guns but no common sense. Guess it’s not as common as one would think.

I served as a Police Ofcr for the LAPD for 9 yrs and the city's policy was for any take home vehicle to be stored in a locked garage. Maybe this needs to be done here.
