Fresno Police report robberies of business are on the rise in Fresno. The city's police chief has a hunch why.

This is only a preview of things to come. The police department just laid off over 100 people who vastly contributed to the everyday functions of the department. What is going to happen when those 40-60 cops get laid off soon. That is why the Mayor is trying to set-up a meeting with the police officers to try an justify these recent strange actions. I wonder if anybody can see what's really going on. God Bless us all!!!
