A final report released by the Los Angeles Coroner's Office lists Michael Jackson's cause of death as "Propofol Intoxication."

The 50-page report also details how Jackson was living in his final days.

A bedroom in his rented Bel Air Mansion was more like a hospital room.

Investigators found medical supplies including disposable needles, catheters and an oxygen tank.

The variety of medication found in Jackson's home is also outlined in the report.

Along with 11 vials of the surgical anesthetic that caused his death "Propofol", the Coroner's report lists a number of prescription drugs for a variety of different conditions including insomnia, panic disorders, anxiety and depression.

The report also noted Jackson's physical appearance at the time of his death.

Puncture wounds were found on both of Jackson's arms and ankles.

Jackson's hair is described as "sparse" and connected to a wig.

His face marked with permanent tattoos on his eyes and lips.

Jackson's 5' 9" frame weighing just 136 pounds.

On Monday, Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray pleaded not guilty to the single charge of involuntary manslaughter.

The charge could send the Doctor to prison for a maximum of 4 years, if convicted.

Murray is expected to be back in court sometime in April.

I just read the full Autopsy report. Murray should burn in Hell. He is a Dr. and knew how this drug should have been used. In the report, the oxygen tanks were empty and found in another room. The one found in Michael's room was empty. The amount of Propofol found in is system was the same amount used for major surgery!!! Come on people. And as for Murray saying Michael could have dosed himself, the IV tube was too far away on his left leg for him to have done this. This "DR" should be going for Manslaughter. If I assisted someone in their own suicide using this drug in the amounts stated, I would be done for MURDER!

Why 4 years only? Murray broke EVERY possible rule in administering propofol - no monitors were found at the scene, no oxygen (the tank was empty and no mask was attached to it), no infusion pump for controlling the IV infusion though the patient should be continuously observed while this medicine is given, a portable pulse oximeter was recovered from a CLOSET in the NEXT room – in short there was NOTHING but a great level of propofol equal to that “found during a major intra-abdominal surgery” and “multiple opened bottles with small amounts of remaining drug” scattered here and there while a used bottle should be discarded 6 hours after opening to avoid possible bacteria growth. The Coroner’s report stated it plainly: “The standard of care for administering propofol was NOT met”. What if an anesthesiologist broke all those rules during an operation and his patient died as a result? Wouldn’t he have to answer for his HORRIBLE CARELESSNESS WHICH IS EQUAL TO MURDER in this case?

About time. He's not the only one. It's plently more that needs to be sitting right beside him. Weather family, friends, or associate. So I'm wondering all that information put out on Michael was it true, or a cover up for something else hmmm, just my opionion.
