Two teenage girls have high hopes for a grassroots conference they started for girls with a common issue. Moranda Hern and Kaylei Deakin recognized there was a whole generation of girls struggling with the challenge of having parents in the military. The conference runs all weekend at the Clovis Memorial District Hall.
