Calling All Procrastinators: Tax Day is Upon Us!

You've no doubt been dreading this since last year - it's Tax Day, and if you haven't filed already, you only have until midnight to avoid penalties. Theresa Freed takes a look at what's behind Tax Day procrastination.

Tax software giant TurboTax recently released its list of US cities most likely to procrastinate:

1. Houston
2. Chicago
3. New York
4. Austin
5. San Francisco
6. Seattle
7. San Diego
8. Los Angeles
9. Dallas
10. Las Vegas
