A low spinning off the coast of California continues to throw us some clouds and keep our temperatures below normal. Tomorrow the low will start to move inland. This will bring chances of showers to the coast south of Morrow Bay. Then it will advance into the interior of the state. Thursday is the day with the best chance of showers for the Central Valley.
