Rain returns to the valley on Wednesday. Later in the day for areas in the south valley. Thursday and Friday will be dry, but showers return again over the weekend. The beginning of next week looks dry again. On the dry days, fog becomes the main issue again. Watch KSEE 24 News for complete weather details.
