The Fresno man accused of abducting and sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl will go to trial.
The preliminary hearing for Gregorio Gonzalez took place Friday morning. Gonzalez faces eight felony and misdemeanor charges. The charges range from forced lewd acts to indecent exposure.
The girl was found safely after a Good Samaritan, Victor Perez, chased down the accused. Gonzalez will be back in court July 23rd.
