The Fresno Food Expo is one week away. Today, Zinke Orchards visited the KSEE Studio's bringing their almond butter. You can try their butter with their Almond Butter Cookies.

Zinke Orchards Almond Butter Cookies
3/4 C. Zinke Orchards Creamy Almond Butter
1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 1/4 C. All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
In large bowl beat Almond Butter, Butter, Sugar and Brown Sugar with electric mixer on medium for 30 seconds.
Add in the Egg and Vanilla and beat till combined.
Last mix in the rest of the dry ingredients.
Refrigerate dough and let chill for 1/2 hour.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten by making crisscross marks with fork.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min.
