Michael Smith, 23, then backed his truck out of the Taco Bell in Huber Heights and drove off — but his automobile was damaged in the incident and police were able to track him down by following a trail of motor fluid that led to his home.
Smith copped to making the battering-ram protest because “he did not get one of the tacos he ordered,” local police said in a press release. He was charged with felony vandalism.
