Arrests Made After Pics Surface of Toddler's Holding Joint

Shocking photos of two toddlers – one of them just one year old – with joints in their mouths has led to the arrest of two Kentucky women.

Tracy Hensley and Beth Ann Hensley, the children’s mother and grandmother respectively, were charged Monday after images of the kids, the other age 3 to 5, fell into authorities’ hands.

Law enforcement officers discovered the pictures when relatives took the film to be developed at a store in Hyden, Ky., Leslie County sheriff’s Deputy Adrian Cornett told the Lexington Herald-Leader.
