(Pres Release) Police are looking for the man who attempted to kidnap a child in Fowler Wednesday afternoon.
Officers say it took place near Fremont Elementary School in the city of Fowler. The victim was an 8-year-old student. The suspect told the victim in Spanish to "get in the car." But the child ran to a family member's home and Fowler police were called.
