Buckle-up Campaign Hits Home for Hanford Family

A south valley girl's story is inspiring people to buckle up. Itzy Chaidez died a year ago in a car accident. She wasn't wearing her seat belt and was ejected from the car. Her friends and family are sharing the story to save lives.
