Bananas Foster Over Ice Cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 under ripe bananas, sliced in half lengthwise
1/4 cup dark rum
1/4 Chopped Pecans
1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
Red Sea Salt to finish
Melt Butter & Brow Sugar in Heavy Duty Skillet. Add Orange Zest, Bananas, and Chopped Pecans. Cook until bananas are caramelized, approx. 2min. Add Dark Rum and bring mixture to a good simmer. Turn off stove burner and use BBQ lighter to light your Rum.
Be careful; a flame will shoot up above the pan. Let flame die down. Serve over Vanilla Ice cream and sprinkle Red Sea Salt over the dish to finish.
