The "best dad in the world" shockingly played Russian roulette "for a laugh," friends say, and paid with his life.
Scottish father-of-three Alan McWilliams was found seriously injured with a gunshot wound at his home on Saturday, and died one day later at Glasgow's Southern General Hospital, the Sun newspaper reported.
Authorities are investigating and currently treating the death of the 41-year-old man as "unexplained," but a neighbor told the Sun that McWilliams had been "playing Russian roulette with a pal and the gun went off."
“I am devastated," McWilliams' partner Andrea Henderson, the mother of his children, told the newspaper while being unable to contain her tears. "It is a hard time just now. I can’t believe this has happened.”
