Clovis Unified celebrated the opening of a new, state-of-the-art energy academy Friday afternoon. The festivities included speeches and tours of the facility, a $5 million-dollar center is located on the Buchanan High School campus. Those attending had a chance to see some of the cutting edge technology students will get to use.
