Coast Guard helicopters rescued 14 people off the North Carolina coast Monday when their ship, a replica of the HMS Bounty, began taking on water.

Rescuers are still looking for two more missing crew members.

The crew abandoned the Bounty 90 miles off Cape Hatteras when it got caught in rough waters caused by Hurricane Sandy.

The Coast Guard received a distress call from the ship Sunday night after it began taking on water.

They located the sinking ship shortly after daybreak Monday morning.

The HMS Bounty is a replica tall ship that's been featured in several Hollywood films.

The crew was headed to St. Petersburg, Florida from Connecticut.
