A turn of fate may have saved a woman's life in Acworth, Georgia Monday.

The 74-year-old suffered a medical emergency and passed out at a QT gas station.

Fortunately a police officer and an ER doctor were in the very same parking lot.

Working in tandem, the pair performed CPR.

The doctor pumped on the woman's chest as Acworth Police Corporal Luke Reynolds gave her mouth to mouth.

Paramedics arrived within minutes and rushed the woman to the hospital, where she is now recovering.

Reynolds said he's been in law enforcement for nearly a decade, but this is the first time he's performed CPR, a quick-thinking move that likely saved the woman's life.

The whole thing was captured on his police car's dash camera.
