The FBI is investigating a brazen robbery inside a Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, Florida.

The store was robbed by several suspects who ordered employees and customers to get down on the ground, then stole money and merchandise last week.

There were no injuries from the robbery, which occurred at 7:50 p.m. on September 20th at the Town Center mall in Boca Raton.

"We heard loud noises that sounded like gunshots and we ended up hearing a man's voice say 'Everybody get down,'" said Cathleen Fogel, who was shopping during the robbery. "We literally ran out the door as soon as the manager said they wanted us to leave. We were actually traumatized and I left immediately. Police were everywhere."

The amount of money and items stolen were not immediately released.

There is a $5,000 reward for information given to the FBI leading to arrest and conviction in the case.
