Charges have been filed in connection to last year's fatal Greyhound bus crash on Highway 99. Six people were killed in July of last year when an SUV driven by 18-year-old Sylvia Garay flipped over on 99 and was hit by a bus. Garay and her two passengers died in the crash, along with three passengers on the bus.

Authorities say Garay was driving drunk. According an investigation, the alcohol Garay was drinking was bought at a Fresno liquor store by someone 21 or older.

That person now faces charges of providing alcohol to a minor. Tuesday afternoon authorities will hold a press conference to discuss the case. As well as highlight the dangers of underage drinking.
