Charges Not Filed In Three Rivers Sexual Assault

Charges will not be filed Tuesday for two people accused of sexual assault in Three Rivers. Stanton Zaharoff LaVey and his girlfriend Mishael Nicely were arrested on Saturday. The pair are accused of false imprisonment and sexual assault.
