People who live near the Chevron refinery that went up in flames are concerned. They say their health may be at risk. Thick black smoke filled the air in Oakland earlier this week because of the massive fire.
Thousands of people have been showing up at law offices to file health claims. Wednesday night, Chevron said it would pay legitimate medical costs.
