Chopper Crew Saves California Hiker from Attack by Mountain Lion

Brave chopper pilots saved a terrified hiker from the jaws of an angry mountain lion after using their aircraft to scare away the beast.

David Nash thought his time was up when the aggressive animal suddenly appeared and blocked his path as he walked on the Stevens Trail in Placer County, California.

Rooted to the spot, with the ravenous lion just 25-feet away, he nervously used his cellphone to dial 911.
