Clovis Fest is back. The 38th Annual event has food, music, shopping and hot air balloons. The event goes on at Old Town Clovis and is free to the public.
The event starts at 8 a.m. each day and ends at 5 p.m. Hot Air balloons launch at 7 a.m. each day.
