Country star Randy Travis had another brush with the law Tuesday night after he was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Travis was popped around 11:59 p.m. with minor cuts and bruises after crashing his car in Texas, TMZ reports. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The 53-year-old crooner was also apparently showing a bit too much of his Honky Tonk Moon: Travis was naked when cops arrived at the scene and was given clothing to wear for his mug shot, according to the site.
Police were called to the scene of the accident at 11:18 p.m. after a person reported a man lying in the middle of the road.
Upon arrival, police found that Travis' 1998 Pontiac Trans Am had driven off the road and crashed into barricades that were located in a construction zone.
In addition to the suspected DWI, Travis was charged with "retaliation" because he threatened to shoot and kill the troopers after he was placed inside the cop car, the Grayson County Sheriff's office told TMZ.
He is currently in police custody.
Tuesday's incident marks the second time the singer was arrested this year alone.
In February, Travis was arrested in Texas on suspicion of public intoxication after police found him sitting inside his car in front of a church with an open bottle of wine and smelling like alcohol.
