According to the CHP, the driver of a Nissan did not yield to an oncoming van. The two vehicles crashed near the intersection of McKinley and Garfield Avenues.
"It's easy to get in a hurry on your way to work, and both vehicles were on their way to work this morning. Just slow down and pay attention, remember the rules of the road, yield to oncoming traffic. Be careful, look before you turn."
There were nine people involved in the accident. All the injuries were minor.
