The Kings County DA has dropped rape charges against a civilian peace officer at Naval Air Station Lemoore.
33-year-old David Tilley was arrested Monday after a 25-year-old active-duty servicewoman claimed that he had attacked her. Now prosecutors say there's not enough evidence to go forward.
