A father is facing abuse charges after he tattooed the words 'Daddy's Girl' on to his 14-year-old daughter's wrist.

Victor Shane Scroggins was arrested at his home after police received a tip off about the illegal tattoo, KVFS reports. The 39-year-old is alleged to have tattooed the words on to his daughter's wrist. He also added a logo for the arms company Browning.

Deputies in Richland County, South Carolina, received a tip off that Scroggins was illegally performing tattoos at his home.

Officials said he is not a licensed tattoo artist and have appealed for people who visited him to come forward. Scroggins was charged with tattoo of a minor, unlawful neglect of a child and not having a required certificate.
