Fresno County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a serious act of domestic violence. A man allegedly beat his 70-year-old father with a baseball bat.
Deputies say it happened at about 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, west of Fresno, at a home near Harvard and Grantland Avenues.
Deputies do not have anyone in custody at this time. The father was taken to the hospital for his injuries. His condition is unknown. Meanwhile, Sheriff's deputies are investigating the incident.
