Employees at Zacky farms are receiving notices of future lay-offs.
The company is being dissolved after filing for bankruptcy last year and KSEE 24 has obtained a copy of the letter.
A hotline for the company says the layoffs will begin January 31st and last until February 14th.
The number of employees being let go hasn't been announced.
The company is hoping for a new buyer but employment with a potentially new buyer isn't guaranteed.
