Inside a North Fort Myers trailer a 3-year-old reportedly lived with her parents in filth. She was covered in cat scratches, sores and dead skin.

Lee County deputies say the home Guy Kearns, Mirinda Buyce, and a 3-year-old girl lived in was infested with flies, cockroaches and fleas.
