A Fresno County Behavioral Health Department employee has been arrested for the sexual assault of one of his clients, according to authorities.
An investigation led to the arrest of 52 year old Pao Vue Vang after a 27 year old woman reported the assault to the Fresno County Sheriff's Office.
Pao works as an unlicensed clinician and had been working with the woman with the assault taking place during a session on Friday in his Kings Canyon Avenue office.
Pao was arrested this Monday at the Sheriff’s Office after an interview with detectives. He was later booked into the Fresno County Jail on charges of rape and sexual penetration with a foreign object by force.
