A Fresno man who admitted to killing his father with a hammer was sentenced Friday.
Charles Hudiburgh will spend 26 years in prison. He was arrested back in April. Hudiburgh was the primary care giver to his 81-year-old father.
He used a hammer and struck his dad in the head. His father died later in the hospital.
