A verdict has been reached in the Fresno murder for hire trial of Daljit Singh Multani.
It was a split decision for Multani, who was found guilty for solicitation of murder and not guilty on possessing and receiving stolen property.
Throughout the trial, prosecutors argued Multani plotted to murder his business partner. During closing arguments on Wednesday, the district attorney played recorded conversations between Multani and the hitman turned informant.
On the tape, Multani can be heard saying 'take him out'.
