A Hanford man has been arrested on child molestation charges.
Joshua West was arrested around midnight Tuesday at the Holiday Lodge hotel. Sheriff investigators say he sexually abused a 4-year-old at the hotel the night before.
When investigators arrived, West was holding a knife to his throat on top of the hotels' roof.
He was eventually booked on a variety charges of molesting a child under 10 years of age.
