A combat war veteran from Texas allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl and turned her into a stripper and prostitute.

Nathan Tatarko, 30, from Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested and charged with human trafficking and sexual assault. According to police, Tatarko drove up to the girl outside a local shopping mall in August and offered her a ride.

Police Sgt. Pedro Criado said that while the teen willingly got into Tatarko’s car, the 30-year-old took advantage of her by plying the girl with alcohol and having sex with her.

The Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran then had the girl perform striptease and solicit sex for money until the girl was rescued by police, officials said.

Police said the girl had been dropped off at Ridgmar Mall on August 11 and was walking outside in the rain when Tatarko pulled up and offered her a ride, the Star-Telegram reported.
