If you have old electronics collecting dust or taking up space around your home or office, you can safely get rid of them this weekend.

KSEE 24 and Electronic Recyclers International are teaming up for another recycleathon. Starting early Saturday morning you can haul your unwanted electronics to the ERI location and have them recycled as throwing out electronics in the trash is illegal so this event gives you a better option and even helps keep your personal information protected.

"Most devices that you contain have data on them, your phone, your computer, your fax machine. They all contain sensitive data. So we will recycle those for you and remove the data from all those devices for free," said Kevin Dillon from Electronic Recyclers International.

The recycleathon will be held Saturday beginning at 7 a.m. at 2860 South East Avenue in Fresno, just off the Jensen Avenue exit from the 99.
