Starting on Tuesday, 115 Catholic Cardinals will lock themselves away from the outside world as they begin the process to choose the new leader of their faith.
KSEE 24 News spoke with Bishop Armando Ochoa of the Diocese of Fresno about what we can expect over the next few days, or possibly weeks, as we await their decision.
