A Tulare County man got the surprise of his life when he realized the scratch off lottery ticket he purchased at a Dinuba area business was worth a million dollars.
Luis Osejo was brought to tears when he realized he had just won $1 million playing the $250 Million Cash Spectacular Scratchers® ticket. But as he walked into the Lottery’s Sacramento District Office to claim his prize, Osejo was all smiles.
Osejo said he plans on using his winnings to buy a house and also to help pay off his mother’s house. The lucky ticket was purchased at Downtown Dinuba Market, which is located at 217 South L Street in Dinuba.
Retailers that sell top prize-winning $250 Million Cash Spectacular tickets receive a $5,000 bonus.
