2012 Miss California Crowned In Downtown Fresno

Miss California 2012 was crowned tonight at the Saroyan Theater. She is Miss Southern California, Leah Cecil. The pageant dates back to 1924. Since then, Miss California has gone on to win the Miss America pageant 5 times.
