A man wearing nothing but his shorts caused plenty of chaos at Fresno State Monday.
University officials say a man ran out of the library and into a tree in the free speech area. Fresno firefighters were also called in to help. They say the man was acting erratic before he climbed the tree.
After nearly 45 minutes, crews were able to arrest him. He was taken to a nearby hospital, and then taken to the Fresno County Jail.
