Hanford police have arrested a man for allegedly flashing female students at Hanford High School.
Police say 26-year-old Seth Garcia exposed himself on campus last Wednesday. Garcia allegedly returned to the high school on Monday and Tuesday and was chased away by coaches and parents. Police say they tracked Garcia down after a concerned parent took a photo of him.
