A man wanted for murder in Tulare County was arrested in Missouri.

23-year-old Joshua Stepp is behind bars in Kansas City, taken into custody as he stepped off an Amtrak train.

The Tulare County Sheriff's Department has been searching for Stepp since Friday. Investigators believe he's involved in the murder of 20-year-old Michael Avalos of Lindsay.
