Missing Tulare County Man Suffers From Medical Problems, Dementia

62 year old Felix Garcia is missing from his home in Lindsay.

South valley authorities are searching for a missing 62 year old man who is considered to be an at risk individual because he suffers from Dementia and other medical problems.

62 year old Felix Garcia was last seen around 11 a.m. on Tuesday as he walked away from his home in the 26000 block of Brooks Avenue in Lindsay.

Garcia is described as an being 5’9,” 170 pounds with grey hair and full grey beard. He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt and black pants.
