State police in Maine are charging a ten year old girl with manslaughter in the death of three-month old Brooklyn Foss-Greenaway. The infant died in early July while at a babysitter's home. The 10-year-old is the sitter's daughter.

Brooklyn's mother, Nicole Greenaway, is speaking out, saying the charge is bittersweet.

"It's a relief that finally they are going to do some charges," says Greenaway.

When it comes to the age of the alleged, Greenaway said it does not matter, "It is sad that it is a child that did it, but she is ten years old almost eleven. You know better."

Greenaway said there are many emotions going through her and many questions left unanswered. The action against the young girl, however, is not enough for her.
