A boy stole a car for a joyride in Sweden. Not much for news, except that the gun he was toting was a toy and he was only 9 years old!
A 9-year-old boy armed with a toy gun pointed his “weapon” at witnesses, shouting, “it’s loaded” before breaking into and stealing a parked car in Kortedala, Sweden, according to the Huffington Post.
The gun is believed to be an airsoft gun, which shoots BB’s, and for all intents and purposes (orange tip notwithstanding) it looks like a real gun, and coupled with the boy’s actions, shocked witnesses.
“It’s unbelievable,” said Jan Jentzell who works for Poseidon, the property management firm that owns the car. “I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s also so tragic…he’s so young.”
