Americans will soon be allowed to carry small pocketknives onto airplanes for the first time in over a decade.

The Transportation Security Administration will make the change to its security procedures on April 25, Bloomberg News reports.

Golf clubs, hockey sticks and plastic baseball bats will also be allowed aboard commercial flights. It will be the first time passengers can carry small pocketknives - specifically, retractable blades shorter than 2.4 inches - on flights since the Sept. 11, 2011 terrorist attacks.
