Tense moments in Kerman Tuesday morning as police, along with the Fresno County Sheriff's bomb squad, were called to dispose of a suspicious package. The package was found in a shopping center parking lot at the intersection of Madera and Whitesbridge.
The area was evacuated as a precaution, and the bomb squad used a robot to remove and secure the package. Police say the device was non-explosive, but continue to investigate.
