A 20-year old man is recovering Wednesday morning after being the victim of a kidnapping, and a traffic stop near Kings Canyon and Clovis led to the man's rescue.

It happened Tuesday night around 11:00 p.m. Two Fresno Police Officers pulled over a red SUV for speeding. When they approached the vehicle, they saw that the back window was broken out.

The officers say they saw two people in the back of the SUV. One of them was tied up, while the other held him down.

The victim told police he was kidnapped earlier by the two men at a home in the 1900 block of Sierra Vista Avenue. The suspects then tied him up, and pushed him into the SUV.

Police were able to arrest the suspects and save the victim.

"He was completely terrified when our officers first made contact with him, " said Fresno Police Lt. Anthony Martinez. "Some of the first words out of his mouth was that he was happy to see the police, when he realized they were being pulled over for a traffic stop."

Police say the suspects were 29-year old brothers Ulysses and Daniel Carrillo. They also say the two are twins and Bulldog gang members.

Officers also said the victim is Daniel Carrillo's roommate.

All three were taken to the Fresno Police Department for further questioning.
