The second phase of a massive construction project will close a key 10-mile section of Interstate 405 in Los Angeles. As KSEE24 traffic reporter Robb Johnson explains, the closure will be from I-10 to 101 through the Sepulveda Pass. It will be closed Saturday and Sunday.

During phase one last year, many drivers opted to stay home rather than fight the detour traffic.
